Works start on Belle Vue Park

Work is underway on Belle Vue Park, a new £2.1million housing scheme in Blidworth, Nottinghamshire.

The development, off Belle Vue Lane, will be made up of 21 new homes, with 15 houses for sale and six flats for rent.

A ground-breaking ceremony took place to officially mark the first step in constructing the new homes.

The cutting of the first sod was led by Veris Client Relationship Manager Cara Clarkson along with representatives from estate agent Gascoines and housing specialist Keepmoat Regeneration, part of the ENGIE Group.

Nathan Brough, Regional Director for Keepmoat Regeneration, said: “We are delighted to be starting work on this exciting new scheme with our partners to build high quality new homes in Blidworth.”

Cara Clarkson, Client Relationship Manager at Veris, said: “We are delighted to start work at Belle Vue Park in Blidworth and we are looking forward to working with Keepmoat Regeneration on this development.

“Our aim is to provide quality homes for our customers and this new development of two bedroom homes for sale offers truly modern living in a traditional village location.”
